Pricing

Our pricing varies with the season:

High Season (May to October): The castle is available for

€3,570

per day. Enjoy our heated pool during the warm summer and colourful autumn.

Low Season (November to April): Book your stay for

€2,860

per day and find serenity in the winter or witness the spring awakening.

Please note, we require a minimum stay of 7 days throughout the year.

When you book, full payment is due. We ask for a deposit of XXX% upfront. If you need to change your dates, we’ll accommodate you one time if there’s availability. Keep in mind, we cannot offer cancellations once a booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following charges shall apply

Cancellation done	over 42 days prior	30% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)
Cancellation done	29-42 days inclusive prior	50% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)
Cancellation done	0-28 days inclusive prior	100% of the total rental fee (security deposit to be returned)

Conditions

Refundable security deposit: € 3,000
Bookings run from Saturday 5:00 pm to Saturday 10:00am
Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (including pool towels)
Heated pool from May - September (on request)
Weekly pool servicing
Concierge and tourism services are available through a trusted external partner
Bookings include tourist tax and VAT

Property Occupancy

Our estate offers a spacious yet intimate setting for larger gatherings. The Château features 4 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Additionally, the Outbuildings include several cottages that can accommodate 10 guests. Learn more about the bedrooms here.

What’s Included

During your stay, we’ll clean the Château for 6 hours in the middle of the week, or we can split it into two 3-hour cleanings, whichever you prefer. This is to make sure your accommodations are always clean and comfortable. We also provide fresh bed linens weekly and have fresh towels on hand for your use.

The Groundskeeper

The groundskeeper works Monday to Friday to maintain the garden and look after the estate. Otherwise, if you prefer total privacy he can leave the property during your stay. only coming in to perform crucial garden maintenance during the weekdays. Just let us know when you book

The Concierge Partner

If you need assistance planning your stay, we can recommend a concierge partner to make your experience even more special. With over 20 years in the region, our concierge is fluent in English, very well-connected, and accommodating. They offer services such as hiring a private chef, organizing photo shoots, making tour or restaurant reservations, and arranging day trips or transportation.

Upon request, we can put you in touch with them before you arrive.

Property Occupancy

Our property can comfortably host big groups while maintaining an intimate, private atmosphere.

The Château has 4 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Additionally, we have several cottages in the Outbuildings that can fit up to 10 guests. Learn more about the bedrooms here.

What’s Included

The Groundskeeper

The groundskeeper and his family live in a private area of the outbuildings to maintain the garden and look after the estate. If you prefer total privacy, they can leave the property during your stay. Just let us know when you book.

The Concierge Partner

If you need assistance planning your stay, we can connect you with a reliable local tour operator. They offer services like hiring a private chef, organising photo shoots, making tour or restaurant reservations and arranging day trips or transportation.

STEP 2

After our call, we will send a proposal with all the details and terms for you to sign, followed by payment instructions to finalise your booking. Once settled, upon your request, we can connect you with our external concierge partner who will gladly assist you in tailoring your stay and organising activities.

A few days before your trip, we will contact you to ensure everything is on track and prepare for your arrival at Château de Lasfonds.
