Prices
Château de Lasfonds is available for exclusive bookings, offering you the full grandeur of the castle, its serene gardens, and charming outbuildings.
Pricing is based on the season:
High Season (May - October): The warm summers and colourful autumns at the Château are priced at €3,570 per day, with the luxury of a heated pool for you to enjoy.
Low Season (November - April): Cozy up during the cooler months or watch the estate bloom in spring at €2,860 per day.
To secure your booking, an initial 30% payment of the total rent is required, with the balance due prior to your arrival. Please note our cancellation policy is strict. However, we do offer a one-time date change subject to availability.
There is a one-week minimum for renting the Château, and a refundable security deposit of 3,000 euros is required. The rental price includes CVAT and tourism tax.
The Château is rented exclusively as a single property to ensure complete privacy and enjoyment for our guests, and we do not offer individual room rentals. This means you will have the entire property to yourself for the duration of your stay.
To maintain exclusivity and privacy, we only accommodate one group at a time. This ensures that you and your guests can enjoy the Château’s facilities to the fullest without sharing the space with other parties.
We require a minimum stay of 7 days to fully immerse in the Château experience, regardless of the season.

We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred dates, especially during the high season.
Accommodation
To ensure all guests have a memorable and safe experience, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules:
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all indoor areas. Our sensitive alarms will trigger an immediate re-
sponse if smoke is detected.
• Pool Safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool, despite the presence of an
alarm system.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted inside the Château. Accommodations can be made for pets to stay in the outbuild-
ings. Please inquire in advance.
• Security: Please lock all doors and windows upon exiting the premises, and ensure the main gate is secured.
• Respect Property: Enjoy the amenities offered, but kindly return items to their original places after use. Towels
and robes are provided for your stay but must remain on the property.
• Mini Bar/Wine Cellar: Specific usage rules apply. Please inquire for details. Replenishment or charges may apply.
• Kitchen Use: You are welcome to use the kitchen, but we ask that you clean up afterward.
• Fireplace: For safety, the fireplace should only be operated with assistance from our groundskeeper.
• Art and Decor: Please respect the artwork and the interior decor by not touching or altering them.
• Floor Care: Please remove shoes on the 1st and 2nd floors to protect our carpets.
• Noise: We have no specific noise restrictions but ask that you be considerate of others.
• Damage: If accidental damage occurs, such as a broken item, please inform us immediately. For more significant
damages, compensation may be required.
Château de Lasfonds can comfortably accommodate up to 20 overnight guests. Baby cots are available upon request, and certain rooms include sofa beds suitable for children or additional family members. Please contact us for detailed arrangements.
Each room is furnished with a luxurious king bed, night light, wardrobe, and seating. You'll also find high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Selected rooms feature additional comforts including a pantry, television, work desk, and air conditioning.
Guests can check in starting at 3 pm and are asked to check out by 10 am on their departure day. If you require flexibility with these times, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We have a strict no-cancellation policy. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Should you need to change your reservation, we offer the opportunity to reschedule your stay within 3 months, subject to availability.
The Château welcomes families and provides baby cots and a pool alarm. However, the property is not specifically childproofed, and we advise constant adult supervision for young children.
While our groundskeeper’s dog is present on the estate, pets are not permitted within the Château. Pets may only be housed in the outbuildings, and this must be arranged beforehand. Should any damage be caused by pets, appropriate compensation will be required.

Our standard cleaning services are provided twice a week, with daily garbage collection. For more information or special requests regarding cleaning services, please contact us.
The pool is equipped with a heating system that is activated during the colder seasons or upon request to ensure a comfortable swimming temperature.
The pool is open for use from May to October, making the most of the warmer months.
While Château de Lasfonds does not directly offer chef services, we have partnerships with local caterers who can provide exquisite dining experiences upon request.
Yes, both the Château and the outbuildings are equipped with full kitchens and outdoor BBQ facilities, allowing you to prepare your own meals if you prefer.
For assistance in making your stay more comfortable and organised, we can connect you with a reputable local concierge service to cater to your needs during your holiday.
Children can enjoy a range of activities including a games room with table tennis, darts, table football, a large garden, PlayStation 5, and a variety of board games. We also provide cots for infants.
By the end of 2024, we will offer a hot sauna. Currently, there is a designated space for massages, and our concierge can arrange for massage therapists to provide beauty and massage services in the Baker’s Den.
The Château offers an office space with printing and scanning capabilities. Additionally, the art salon on the ground floor can serve as a meeting space, and basic meeting equipment like flipcharts is available. Outdoor areas and the games room can also be adapted for meetings and events.
While the Château is well-equipped, the outbuildings are only outfitted with fans for now. It is set to be upgraded within 2024 to 2025. The Lavender’s Cottage do have heating pump and the Loft Gite has a fireplace.
We offer ample outdoor parking space for our guests on the property.
Yes, our groundskeepers are bilingual in English and French and are ready to assist you.
Our property includes a small gym with various exercise equipment, and by the end of 2024, we will also have a sauna area in the eastern outbuilding.
Our Château provides a perfect setting for celebrating special events. We are happy to connect you with a local event planner to assist with organising your celebration.
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, ensuring a reliable internet connection for all guests.

Our on-site staff excel in maintaining the Château. However, for tailored guest experiences, we have a trusted local concierge partner. They specialise in personalising your stay with a range of services such as private chefs, photography sessions, personal training, spa services, and local tours.
We facilitate an introduction to our concierge partner prior to your arrival, enabling detailed trip planning. Their team will greet you at the Château and provide complimentary assistance throughout your stay, with fees applying only to the experiences you book.
The Château opens its doors for intimate weddings. Our picturesque gardens serve as a serene backdrop for ceremonies, with ample opportunities for stunning photography throughout the estate. Nearby, there are quaint churches for traditional services. We can host a few dozen guests for such events.

Yes, the nearest hospital is located within a 15-minute driving distance from the Château. Emergency rooms are available 24/7, and all patients are treated in accordance with French healthcare laws. Please note that while emergency care is provided, some services may require payment or health insurance coverage. We recommend that international visitors have travel insurance that covers medical expenses.
Château de Lasfonds is a smoke-free environment indoors and is equipped with smoke alarms for your safety. Guests are kindly asked to only smoke in designated outdoor areas.
The safety and security of our guests are paramount. The Château is secured with gates, surveillance cameras, and alarms. We also employ a professional security service to manage the property's security systems. Our state-of-the-art gate operating system was installed in 2023, enhancing our secure access capabilities.
While the main Château itself is not currently equipped with wheelchair access or lifts, some of our outbuildings offer accessible accommodations with facilities on the ground level. We are happy to provide more details and assist with making appropriate arrangements for guests with mobility concerns.
In accordance with French law, quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 7 am. However, given that Château de Lasfonds is situated in a private area without immediate neighbours, a reasonable level of noise is typically acceptable outside these hours. We ask that guests be considerate and maintain a respectful volume to avoid disturbances. For specific inquiries or clarifications regarding noise, please reach out to us.

Book Your Stay
STEP 1
Email us your preferred dates and the number of guests in your group. We will check availability, send a questionnaire to learn more about your needs, and set up a call to discuss your plans.
STEP 2
After our call, we will send a proposal with all the details and terms for you to sign, followed by payment instructions to finalise your booking. Once settled, upon your request, we can connect you with our external concierge partner who will gladly assist you in tailoring your stay and organising activities.
